About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Trust Accountant to oversee and manage multiple email inboxes, ensure accurate entry of supplier invoices and tenant billing, and upload and process client invoices using trust accounting software.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile trust bank accounts
- Process and verify supplier invoices and tenant billing
- Assist with daily and monthly financial reconciliations
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients
- Perform administrative tasks as needed
Requirements
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Excellent administration skills and experience in Real Estate
- Certificate of Registration and experience with PropertyTree/PropertyMe
- Team player with a positive attitude
