The Australian Government's National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) plays a pivotal role in enhancing the quality of life and increasing economic and social participation for individuals with disabilities through the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).

About This Opportunity

This key position within the NDIA's Cyber Security and Resilience Branch is instrumental in implementing government security policies and frameworks, focusing on developing, enhancing, and maintaining a proactive detection and prevention program to counter insider threats.

Main Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive intelligence analysis in an insider threat context to support the NDIA.
  • Assist in managing and elevating policy, doctrine, process, and governance of the Insider Threat capability.
  • Conduct vulnerability and behavioral analysis, providing expert security intelligence advice regarding the Insider Threat capability.
  • Maintain relationships and gain insight into critical vulnerabilities surrounding trusted insiders within the agency.

Candidates who are successful will be required to obtain and maintain a Negative Vetting 1 Clearance, undergo a pre-employment National Police History check, Worker Screening check, and/or Working with Children Check (where necessary), and provide evidence of Australian Citizenship.
