Job Title: Medical Receptionist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Medical Receptionist to join our team at Jobfit Health Group in West End, QLD.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and candidates, ensuring a positive experience from the moment they enter our centre. As the first point of contact, you will be the face of our organisation and play a critical role in maintaining our reputation for excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide professional and friendly service to clients and candidates
  • Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and handling administrative tasks
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with our clinical team to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and candidates to drive business growth
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a healthcare or medical setting as a Receptionist
  • Intermediate computer knowledge and skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise under pressure
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
