This is a key role within our team, requiring an individual with a strong commitment to providing high-quality, culturally appropriate child protection services.
- The successful candidate will work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders to deliver well-planned family support services to vulnerable children and families.
- They will also provide comprehensive casework support and advice to inform decisions about the safety and protective needs of children.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, assess, and provide education and support to foster and kinship carers.
- Effectively engage with current and potential foster and kinship carers to support them in their roles.
- Work collaboratively with key stakeholders to establish and strengthen effective safety and support networks.
Skills and Qualifications:
- High-level communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills are also required.
