About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and qualified Aboriginal Case Worker to work in the OOHC sector, AOD, Domestic Violence, Youth Justice, and Prison Reintegration. The successful candidate will have a strong background in Case Management, Counselling, Peer Support, or a related field.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide case management services to Aboriginal individuals and families
  • Develop and implement individualized plans to support clients
  • Work collaboratively with community organizations and services to provide comprehensive support
  • Conduct home visits and community outreach to engage with clients
  • Provide education and support on health and wellbeing issues
What We Offer

Selection Criteria
  • Fully qualified tertiary degree in Social Work, Counselling, or a related field
  • Aboriginal Identified candidates are preferred, or candidates with gained experience working with Aboriginal communities
  • Strong background in Case Management, Counselling, Peer Support, or a related field
  • Ability to obtain a National Police Clearance and Working with Children Check
  • Permanent resident/Australian Citizen applicants only
