Cloud Technology Visionary

We are seeking a skilled Cloud Technology Visionary to lead our web and cloud technology practice. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving alignment across the team, implementing best practices, and staying up-to-date with emerging technologies.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and communicate best practices and guidelines for digital product implementation and delivery.
  • Guide and mentor a team of 5-10 cloud and web developers, providing support and advising on methodologies, DevOps, and best practices.
  • Oversee the delivery of solution design for new digital capabilities, collaborating with relevant teams such as architecture, integration, or data analytics.
  • Research, proof-of-concept, and implement new technologies applicable to our operating environment, including cloud services like AWS and Azure.
  • Define and guide software development and DevOps cycles, ensuring high-quality products are delivered by the team.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in software development.
  • In-depth knowledge of the software development life cycle.
  • A proven track record delivering high-profile, highly scaled enterprise-level solutions.
  • Demonstrable experience working within a quality-oriented, TDD/test-first approach to software development.
  • Deep technical expertise in mobile and web technologies.
  • Strong experience with CI/CD, infrastructure as code, DevOps, automation.
