Administrative Support Position
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to provide support to the daily operations.
Responsibilities
- General office duties, filing, photocopying, scanning and written communication, telephone enquiries, taking messages and other duties as required.
- PRs, maintaining and monitoring monthly expenses.
- Assist with end of month accounts, reporting and capital expenditure.
- Coordinate training courses based on qualification expiration.
- Daily operation of staff services – uniform issuing/guest passes/stock control – liaison with Executive Assistant.
- Coordinate performance reviews, pay and ensure correct forms/spreadsheets are completed within timeframe.
- Assist with recruitment process paperwork liaison with People & Culture.
- Update suitable/light duties list and advise relevant parties.
Requirements
- Previous administration experience is desirable.
- Strong computer skills with competency in Microsoft Office suite.
- SAP knowledge is advantageous.
- Kronos experience required.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to work with stakeholders.
- Demonstrated discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Strong time management and organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Professional and friendly disposition.
- Excellent communication, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
