Senior External Reporting Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior External Reporting Manager to join our team at Oxygen Recruitment & HR. As a key member of our accounting and finance team, you will be responsible for managing the financial close processes and external reporting obligations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support activities associated with Annual and half yearly ASX reporting, including applying accounting standards and ASX reporting requirements
  • Work closely with external auditors to support the external audit process
  • Prepare technical memoranda, including research and analysis of relevant technical accounting issues
  • Assist in the production of accounting policy documents
  • Prepare other financial reporting requirements for regulators, investors, and key stakeholders
  • Work on special projects, including transaction-related work, valuations, and divestitures
  • Manage a team of 5 direct reports, including relevant performance management activities
Requirements:
  • Accounting degree and CPA/CIMA or CA qualification
  • Experience in external reporting, with a focus on ASX listed entities
  • Strong technical accounting skills and commercial acumen
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
