Job Title: Business Process Optimizer

Falcones Bakery is an award-winning family-owned business that combines a passion for baking with generations of experience. Our bakery is a fusion of modern technology and traditional baking where our products are based on authentic recipes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify opportunities to streamline operations, reduce costs, and enhance efficiency by analyzing workflows, reports, and manuals.
  • Prepare proposals to revise methods, procedures, and job functions to resolve business problems.
  • Review and analyze operations workflow charts and reports to identify areas for improvement and propose corrective actions.
  • Implement approved recommendations by issuing revised instructions, procedure manuals, and other relevant documentation.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in process management and follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) policies.
  • Engage with suppliers and customers to discuss business challenges and collaborate to devise effective solutions.
  • Review operating procedures regularly and advise on any deviations from established standards.
  • Capture regulatory obligations, business rules, and operational controls within processes and standard operating procedures ensuring Food Safety, Food Quality, and Packaging specifications.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Business management.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highest standard of ethics, confidentiality, and professionalism.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills in dealing with suppliers.
