Orthopaedic Support Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as an Orthopaedic Support Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity to provide clinical and technical support to orthopaedic surgeons, nurses and hospital staff.

Your primary focus will be on providing expert guidance and assistance during orthopaedic procedures, primarily in hip and knee replacement. You will build strong relationships with surgeons, nurses and other healthcare professionals, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration throughout each procedure.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional clinical and technical support to orthopaedic teams
  • Foster strong working relationships with surgeons, nurses and other healthcare professionals
  • Collaborate with sales teams to achieve territory objectives
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings and clinical techniques
  • Ensure outstanding service and support to hospitals across the Northern Territory
Key Qualifications
  • Tertiary qualification in a relevant field (e.g. nursing, physiotherapy, science, biomedical engineering)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Previous experience in a clinical or healthcare setting is advantageous
  • Current driver's license and flexibility to travel as required
