About Our Gymnasium Coordinator Role

Our organization is seeking an accomplished and enthusiastic individual to take on the position of Gymnasium Coordinator.

This role presents a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic leader to oversee our busy Fitness Club, ensuring seamless daily operations and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To motivate and support staff in the Fitness Club, setting a positive example and fostering a productive work environment.
  • To drive high standards, guaranteeing smooth, safe, and efficient day-to-day activities.
  • To provide coaching and development opportunities, offering guidance, training, and support to help team members succeed.
  • To promote excellent customer service, creating a welcoming atmosphere for all users.
  • To support compliance with health & safety, safeguarding, and operational policies.
  • To contribute to the centre's growth by assisting with membership drives, community outreach, and service improvements.
About You
  • Proven leadership experience in leisure or fitness environments.
  • Strong communication and people management skills.
  • Ability to think critically, solve problems effectively, and remain composed under pressure.
  • Holding a Certificate IV in Fitness, current First Aid certification, and CPR qualifications.
  • A genuine interest in promoting health, fitness, and wellbeing.
  • Skills in developing your team to perform at their best.
