Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Film Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our cinema complex.

  • This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team and be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring a secure working environment, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service across all departments, responding promptly to customer feedback and resolving issues efficiently.
  2. Operational Leadership: Supervise employees, train new staff members, and maintain high-quality standards in projection areas, including on-screen presentation and technical support.
  3. Cash Management: Oversee cash control, balancing safe and cash registers, and ensure accurate financial reporting.
  4. Sales and Promotions: Guarantee thorough understanding of campaign briefs, follow time limits set by the support centre or General Manager/Assistant General Manager, and drive sales through effective promotional strategies.
