As a Therapist, you have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships and make a difference in people's lives through small moments that leave lasting impacts.
About the Role- Develop and implement activities to enhance residents' quality of life.
- Explore residents' interests and develop their skills to improve lifestyle choices and motivate them to participate in individual and group activities.
- Assess and record residents' responses on a regular basis.
A key responsibility is to observe and record the effectiveness of programs by monitoring residents' ongoing progress and adjusting programs to any developing needs. You may also transport residents on outings and provide personal care as required.

Role Requirements- Diploma or equivalent in Leisure and Health.
- Experience in diversional therapy preferably with overall responsibility for a program.
- Understanding of resident-centred care services delivery.
- Effective communication and basic computer skills.
- NDIS Workers Screening Clearance or willingness to obtain.
- Basic technology experience, including smartphones and laptops.
- Confidence to satisfy relevant probity checks.
