Expert End-of-Life Care Specialist

**Job Description**
">As a Palliative Care Specialist, your day will be diverse and fulfilling. You will start by reviewing patient cases and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to develop personalized care plans. Throughout the day, you will conduct outpatient clinics, visit patients in their homes, and provide consultations at the hospital. You will also engage in telehealth sessions, ensuring that patients in remote areas receive the care they need. Your role will involve mentoring junior medical staff, leading educational sessions, and participating in research initiatives.
