Job Title: Retail Store Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Retail Store Manager. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a high-performing store team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management, with experience in leading teams and driving sales growth. You will be a strategic thinker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike.

About the Role:

  • Lead and manage a team of up to 20 employees, providing coaching and training to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed\
  • Drive store performance, setting goals and objectives to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction\
  • Champion Ghanda values, ensuring that our brand standards are met and exceeded in every aspect of store operations\
  • Maintain high standards of store presentation, working closely with the visual merchandising team to create an engaging and inspiring shopping environment\
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as stock allocation and marketing, to drive business results and improve operational efficiency\
