Merchandiser Job Description

Are you a motivated and reliable individual looking for flexible casual work? This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working independently, managing stock levels, and maintaining high standards of presentation in local supermarkets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Visit local supermarkets to merchandise bakery products and ensure fresh stock is always available to customers.
  • Follow planograms to effectively stock shelves and maintain an attractive product display.
  • Conduct regular stock checks to remove expired or damaged items and maintain a clean and tidy store environment.
  • Complete basic paperwork as required to support business operations.

For this role, we are looking for someone with the following skills and qualifications:

Requirements:
  • Own car and valid driver's licence for efficient travel between stores.
  • Availability for morning shifts Monday to Friday and flexibility to work additional shifts when required.
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to physically perform tasks related to the job.
  • Pass a drug & alcohol test prior to commencement.
