Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Implementation Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our implementation team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client service and implementing solutions that meet their business needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement client solutions using industry best practices and the ADP GlobalView product.
  • Collaborate with clients to gather information on their requirements and design solutions that meet their needs.
  • Educate clients on the effective use of the ADP GlobalView product and ensure they have a successful go-live experience.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of SAP products, related news, and developments to provide expert guidance to clients.
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and identify opportunities for process improvement.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in an implementation lead role, with a strong track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Demonstrated expertise in SAP ERP systems and the ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to stakeholders.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • A tertiary qualification in a related field is preferred but not essential.
