Job Title: Project Governance Lead

Job Description:

The role involves overseeing project planning, implementation, tracking, and analysis from the development gate to the start of construction.

To ensure project compliance with corporate requirements across project governance, risk management, change management, and budget/accounting practices, you will establish and monitor project reporting timelines, structures, and platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage cross-functional teams in Australia and internationally.
  • Identify and resolve unresolved or critical issues during project implementation.
  • Communicate with stakeholders about project progress, milestones, and issues.
  • Provide regular project and portfolio reporting to management.

Key Skills:

  • Proven experience in a project controls or PMO role.
  • Excellent communication skills and team management capabilities.
