About the RoleAs a care provider, you will be responsible for delivering clinical support to our residents within a rotating fortnightly roster, which includes day and night shifts. You will also lead and support less experienced colleagues to achieve quality care in accordance with our organisation's mission.
- Lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care
- Provide expert advice and guidance to less experienced staff members
- Develop and implement individualised care plans to meet the unique needs of our residents
- Maintain accurate records and reports on resident care and progress

Requirements- Current unrestricted registration as a Registered Nurse
- Bachelor of Nursing or similar qualification
- Full working rights to work in Australia
- A minimum of 12 months' experience working as a Registered Nurse

- Experience working in a multidisciplinary and multi-cultural care team
- Effective interpersonal and written communication skills, including intermediate computer skills
