Marketing Coordinator Role Summary

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Coordinator to join our team in Canberra. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and organizational abilities.

As a Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating materials for tenders, proposals, capability statements, practice profile submissions, and lawyer profiles. You will also research market trends, industries, competitors, and prospective clients to support business development.

You will coordinate internal and client communications, logistics, and administration for events such as webinars, seminars, and briefings. Additionally, you will maintain the firm's website content for practice groups and manage client communications and thought leadership opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with coordinating materials for marketing campaigns, events, and initiatives.
  • Research industry trends, competitors, and prospective clients to inform business decisions.
  • Coordinate internal and external communications, logistics, and administration for events and projects.
  • Maintain website content and manage client communications and thought leadership opportunities.
  • Participate in business development projects to improve practices and processes.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field, or equivalent experience in business development or marketing.
  • Proven track record of success in marketing coordination, business development, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build relationships across all levels.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Knowledge of marketing principles, tactics, and best practices.
