We are hiring for a Senior Automation Tester for one of our Federal Clients.

Role: Senior Automation Tester (EL1)

Location of work: All States (work minimum 2 days from nearby office and 3 days from home each week)

Security clearance: Australian Citizen

The Senior DevOps Automation Test Engineer will play a key role in advancing both functional and non-functional automated testing capabilities for the NMI Web Services Enhancement Project. The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience and responsibilities in designing and configuring test automation scripts for React web applications, mobile applications, web services, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Automate, and Canvas Apps, as well as conducting end-to-end testing of complex D365 CRM implementations, CI/CD integration of test automation suites, and performance benchmarking.

We are looking for an Automation Tester who can:

• Construct complex automation test suites using TypeScript, C#, Python, ASP.NET 8 Core, YAML for cloud-based React web portals integrated with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM to validate end-to-end processes and system environments.
• Design, develop, and automate UI tests for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform applications using Easy Repro framework.
• Manage automation testing suites and CI/CD pipelines for nightly regression testing with Azure DevOps.
• Monitor, report test results, log defects, and collaborate with manual testers and developers to troubleshoot issues.
• Lead automation initiatives to improve testing strategies and best practices.

• Design and execute performance, load, and stress tests with JMeter or Azure Load Testing.
• Analyze results and provide insights.
• Configure Azure Application Insights for performance monitoring.
• Automate API integration tests using tools like Postman.
• Ensure web accessibility compliance using tools like WAVE, NVDA, SortSite.
• Set up and manage Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines for non-functional testing.
• Validate security remediations where required.
• Develop, extend, and refactor performance and regression test suites with Playwright, Selenium, Lighthouse, and EasyRepro.
• Lead migration from JMeter to Azure Load Testing, integrating with App Insights.
• Implement accessibility testing and ensure conformance to WCAG 2.2 AA standards.
• Manage flaky tests detection and reporting strategies.
• Maintain and uplift test tools and coordinate release activities.

Demonstrated experience in:

• End-to-end testing across platforms, including UI, web services, and Power Platform, aligning with business/system requirements.
• Developing and maintaining automated tests for Dynamics 365 using Easy Repro.
• Integrating test suites within Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines.
• Performance and load testing using JMeter or Azure Load Testing.

Additional skills include:

• Developing tests with Cucumber and Gherkin.
• Working to release cadences, setting priorities, and meeting deadlines.
• Knowledge of web accessibility standards and testing tools.
