We are seeking an enthusiastic and passionate individual to join our dynamic sales team as a Retail Hair Consultant.
As part of our retail team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and product recommendations to clients in our stores and online.
- Answering calls and processing orders efficiently will be your primary focus.
- Providing in-store product demonstrations and making sales recommendations will help drive sales growth.
- Processing online orders and ensuring timely shipping is crucial for customer satisfaction.
- Maintaining stock levels and controlling inventory will ensure that we meet customer demand.
- Meeting individual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) is essential for success in this role.
