In this role, you will be one of the few therapists in Forbes, NSW, making a tangible difference in the lives of children, adolescents, and adults by providing a holistic approach.

Your Opportunity:

  • Deliver outdoor therapy sessions in natural settings, as well as clinical settings if required, to cater to clients' diverse needs.
  • Provide psychological therapy to clients aged 8 years and above who are experiencing psychological distress, including individuals, parents, families, and carers.
  • Conduct comprehensive clinical interviews and assessments, formulate and deliver treatment plans, and stay up-to-date with relevant research to enhance services.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals or stakeholders involved in clients' care.
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive records and case notes in accordance with best practice standards.

About You:

  • You're a Provisional Psychologist about to complete your Masters OR General/Clinical Psychologist already registered.
  • Registration with AHPRA – Provisional or General is essential.
  • You hold Medicare Provider registration (or are willing to obtain) and current Working with Children and Criminal Record checks.
