About the Role

Requirements
  • Certificate III in Aged Care/Individual Support or Certificate III in Leisure & Health or working towards.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and advocate for residents.
  • Proven ability to deliver person-centred care and wellness programs that promote independence and wellbeing.
  • Demonstrated teamwork skills and experience working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary environment.
