About the RoleThis position requires strong leadership skills, expertise in mental health, and a deep understanding of governance principles. You will be responsible for guiding the organization's strategy, managing risks, and contributing to the development of a positive organizational culture.
Key Responsibilities- Provide strategic guidance and support to the organization;
- Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, including government and community leaders;
- Develop and implement effective risk management strategies;
- Promote best practices in clinical governance and mental health services;
- Foster a positive organizational culture and drive workforce development initiatives;
A strong understanding of mental health challenges, combined with relevant experience and/or qualifications, is essential for this role. Graduates of the Australian Institute of Company Directors will be highly regarded.
