Job Title: Senior Visual Effects Supervisor

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Visual Effects Supervisor to oversee the compositing process for high-end feature films. This is an exceptional opportunity for a talented individual to join our team and contribute their expertise in ensuring seamless integration of multi-pass CG assets into live-action plates.

The successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of composition, colour theory and image properties, with extensive experience in supervising teams and managing complex projects. They will be responsible for setting quality expectations, managing lead performance issues, and collaborating with other departments to ensure efficient delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the compositing process and ensure timely delivery of high-quality shots.
  • Establish and maintain quality control standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and efficiency.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in visual effects supervision.
  • Expertise in Nuke and other industry-standard software.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of the VFX pipeline and post-production process.
  • Ability to work effectively in a Linux-based environment.
