Physiotherapist Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled physiotherapist to deliver high-quality services to our patients.

This is a rewarding opportunity for individuals who thrive in a dynamic environment, delivering person-centred support services tailored to assist participants in living safely and comfortably at home by building capacity and giving them choice and control.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Fully registered with AHPRA, holding a minimum of 2 years experience in the field of Physiotherapy.
  • Prior experience working in CHSP or NDIS environments, as well as knowledge of outcome measures: DEMMI, PMS, TUG, 6mwt, VAS is highly regarded.
  • Deliver services to geriatric and adult patients, utilising strong interpersonal and communication skills to promote optimal patient outcomes.
  • Work effectively independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
