About the Role
  • Assist clients in SIL homes to promote autonomy and well-being.
  • Offer empathetic support to individuals requiring sensitive care.
Key Requirements
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts including days, evenings, early mornings, weekends, and sleepovers (penalty rates apply).
  • A Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) is advantageous.
  • The ability to meet physical demands as some manual handling tasks may be involved.
Working Conditions
  • You will need to hold or obtain:
  • Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check (Yellow Card)
  • First Aid and CPR
  • National Criminal History Check
  • Australian open Driver's License with comprehensive insurance on your vehicle

This role involves working in a residential setting and supporting individuals with complex needs. You must be adaptable and able to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
