Job Title: Trade & Consumer Marketing Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Trade & Consumer Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team at Randstad. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing the Trade and Consumer Marketing Plan aligned with sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the Trade and Consumer Marketing Plan aligned with sales objectives.
  • Manage the departmental budget effectively.
  • Lead and implement tailored marketing strategies for assigned retailers.
  • Collaborate with retail partners to maximize brand visibility and support promotional activities.
  • Oversee the local production of gifts with purchase and other promotional tools.
  • Analyze trade marketing performance and provide insights and recommendations.
  • Prepare monthly reports for regional and global offices on market intelligence and budget updates.
  • Partner with the Commercial Director and Sales Team to organize impactful promotional campaigns.
  • Mentor and grow a team of three marketing professionals.
  • Manage the tender process and execution of local sponsorship contracts.

About You:

  • Proven experience in Trade Marketing, preferably within the automotive or tyre industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of executing effective marketing strategies.
  • Exceptional project management abilities, capable of juggling multiple priorities.
  • Collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills for cross-functional teamwork.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to follow-through.
  • Proficient in SAP, Salesforce, Asana, Microsoft Office Suite, and Adobe Creative Cloud.
