Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our deployment of cutting-edge solar technology solutions across Australia and New Zealand. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of our meteocontrol solutions (blue'Log, Hybrid EMS, VCOM Cloud) across PV and BESS projects in the region.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage configuration, testing, and commissioning of monitoring systems
- Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure smooth data transmission to VCOM Cloud
- Coordinate with global teams for technical support and updates
- Train clients on VCOM Cloud usage and reporting features

Requirements:
- 7-10 years' experience in project management within renewable energy or tech services
- Strong knowledge of PV systems, BESS, SCADA, and monitoring platforms
- Hands-on experience with hardware setup and data systems (blue'Log/VCOM a plus)
- Experience in procurement, logistics, and inventory control
- Proficient in project tools, Excel, ERP/CRM systems
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Business-fluent in English; additional languages a plus
- High willingness to travel across Australia & New Zealand
