Job Opportunity

We are seeking a professional to work with us as a Gut Health Specialist.

Responsibilities:

  • Undertake colon hydrotherapy sessions for clients with varying needs.
  • BUILD relationships with clients by actively listening and making them feel calm and confident in this therapy.
  • Prepare the room to complete a colon hydrotherapy session.
  • Navigate online booking systems to complete treatment notes, schedule bookings, take payment.
  • Pursue continued learning about health, gut health, wellbeing, natural therapies, integrative medicine, self-care, nutrition, and vitality.
  • Be warm, nurturing, kind, empathic, compassionate, approachable, confident, and engaging.
  • Work closely with clients and within a team environment.
  • Solve problems and take action.
  • Have computer skills.
  • Follow procedures and instructions with minimal supervision.
  • Achieve client-centred performance targets including rebooking rates and the sale of complementary products.

Experience and Characteristics:

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to address sensitive topics with empathy and professionalism.
  • Background in the health and wellness space.
  • PASSIONATE about one's own growth and expansion.
  • Driven by purpose and innovation.
  • Always keen and eager to learn and understands that this is a never-ending process.
  • Works well in independent and autonomous roles.
  • Proven ability to connect with clients on a personal level, providing emotional support and guidance throughout their wellness journey.
  • CUSTOMER SERVICE experience preferably within a wellness or healthcare setting.
  • PASSION for holistic wellness and a desire to contribute to the growth of our clinic.
  • Someone who is ready to step into their own GENIUS and BRILLIANCE.
  • Well-presented.

Qualifications:

  • The successful applicant will be required to undergo in-house training and certification at a cost.
