Where your expertise and excellence are seen and valued. ** ** **We are looking for a Payroll Coordinator to join our Finance Team. ** Reporting to the Manager, Financial and Remuneration Services, the Payroll Coordinator is responsible for performing the day-to-day activities associated with the timely and accurate processing of remuneration payments and employee entitlements, and administration of an efficient and effective payroll processing function whilst complying with statutory obligations and legislation requirements About the Role: - Co-ordination, preparation and distribution of monthly and off cycle payroll and related tasks - Administering salary packaging programs and processes for all employees - Interepreation and implementation of relevant BF&I awards as well as Cuscal policies/procedures - Producing remuneration related reporting and insights - Preparing reconciliation and reporting to fulfil statutory, legal and compliance requirements - Processing annual remuneration review and bonus payments in line with Cuscal policies - Monitor and action payroll enquires and requests - Contributing to to continuous improvement initiatives **About You: ** - Demonstrated extensive experience in similar environment with end-to-end Payroll function and experience in a payroll team in mid to large organisation - Strong knowledge of Australian payroll legislation - Understanding of payroll principles and frameworks - Possession of technical skill and knowledge in the payroll function. May be acquired through academic or on the job training or a combination of these.
