As a HR & Payroll Coordinator, you'll play a key role in our dynamic Human Resources team, supporting employees across Australia and New Zealand. You'll gain hands-on experience in HR operations, payroll administration, and employee lifecycle processes, setting you up for long-term success in HR.

What you'll be working on

As our HR & Payroll Coordinator, you'll be the go-to person for all things HR administration and payroll support. You'll be:

  • Maintaining and updating HR data on systems such as Workday.
  • Supporting payroll administration ensuring employees are paid correctly and on time.
  • Employee lifecycle management including administering new hires, promotions, and contract changes.
  • Coordinating and delivering induction sessions, ensuring a smooth experience for new employees.
  • Assisting the HR team with various People Initiatives.

What will help you to be successful?

We're looking for someone with previous HR administration or coordination experience ideally within a corporate environment. Workday HRIS and payroll administration experience are essential for this role as well as eligibility to work in Australia permanently. Your strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and enthusiasm will set you up for success.
