  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure;
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel;
  • Familiarity with Australia's industrial relations framework and employment legislation;

You will also need to be flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
