What You'll Be Doing

As a Senior Analyst you will work across our Financial Due Diligence (FDD) or Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) teams.  You'll play a key role in delivering high-quality advisory services to mid-market clients across a range of corporate finance engagements, including:

• Conducting financial and commercial due diligence for mergers, acquisitions and capital raisings

• Assisting with private business sales and acquisitions, including buyer research and managing the due diligence process

• Conducting financial analysis, modelling and forecasting

• Supporting capital raising from private equity and other investors

• Preparing Independent Accountant's Reports for ASX listings

• Mentoring and developing junior team members

What We're Looking For

We're seeking someone who is analytical, commercially minded, and ready to grow. Ideally, you'll bring:

• 3–4 years' experience in corporate finance, audit, or tax

• A completed or near-completed CA qualification (or equivalent)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• A keen eye for detail and a proactive mindset

• The ability to work both independently and collaboratively

Bonus points if you have:

• Advanced financial modelling skills

• A knack for building relationships and networks
