RSM Perth is looking for a motivated and detail-driven Senior Analyst to join our Valuations and Litigation Support team. This is your chance to work with mid-market clients on transactions, collaborate with legal advisors in litigation proceedings, and gain exposure to the world of Corporate Finance.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Senior Analyst in our Valuations team, you'll play a key role in delivering insightful, data-driven advice to clients across a range of engagements. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting valuations for M&A, tax, financial reporting and litigation purposes

• Preparing Independent Expert's Reports for ASX transactions

• Preparing Expert Witness Reports for litigation support

• Collaborating with clients, legal advisors, and other stakeholders

• Mentoring and supporting junior team members

About you:

What We're Looking For

We're seeking someone with a strong foundation in accounting who's ready to take on a more analytical and commercial role. Ideally, you'll bring:

• 2–4 years' experience in an accounting or professional services role

• A completed or near-completed CA qualification (or equivalent)

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and report-writing abilities

• A proactive, team-oriented mindset

Bonus points if you have:

• Exposure to valuations or corporate finance

• A commercial mindset and interest in business strategy
