At Team Global Express (TGE), we're redefining the future of logistics and transport across Australia and New Zealand. As we roll out enterprise-wide transformation, we're looking for Expressions of interest for a Change Manager who can help our people adopt new ways of working, embrace change, and turn strategy into action.  

What you'll do:
  • Lead the end-to-end change journey — assess, plan, execute and embed

  • Deliver change impact assessments, change strategies, readiness and adoption plans

  • Design and implement stakeholder engagement, communications, and capability plans

  • Support initiative sponsors, project managers and leaders to guide their teams through transition

  • Identify and manage change-related risks, resistance and gaps in business readiness

  • Monitor adoption, measure outcomes and ensure benefit realisation

  • Apply structured methodologies including the TGE Change and Delivery Frameworks

  • Partner with L&D, Communications and People teams to ensure alignment and consistency  

What you'll bring:
  • 5+ years' experience delivering organisational change in complex environments

  • Strong experience in business, process, people and technology change

  • Proven ability to influence and support stakeholders at all levels

  • Strong planning, facilitation, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills

  • Proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the flexibility to work across multiple initiatives

  • High attention to detail, sound analytical skills, and comfort working under pressure  

Desirable qualifications:
  • Degree in Business, Psychology, HR or related discipline (preferred)

  • Change Management certification (e.g. Prosci) highly regarded

  • Experience in logistics, transport or large-scale operational environments a bonus
