R&D Tax Managers – All Levels

Our R&D Tax team in Perth is growing, and we're looking for curious, driven, and technically-minded professionals ready to step into a role that's anything but ordinary. What you'll be doing:

• Owning the end-to-end R&D Tax process—from client meetings to technical documentation, expenditure calculations, and strategic advice.

• Managing a portfolio of forward-thinking clients across diverse industries.

• Leading and mentoring junior team members, sharing your knowledge and building capability.

• Staying ahead of legislative changes and identifying opportunities for process improvement.

• Building your network—internally and externally—to drive business development and collaboration.

About you:

What we're looking for:

• A background in Science, Engineering, IT, Commerce, Law, or Accounting—with a passion for innovation.

• 5+ years' experience in R&D Tax or a related field (ATO or Aus Industry experience also welcome).

• Strong technical writing and analytical skills—you can turn complex ideas into clear, persuasive arguments.

• Confidence managing client relationships and juggling competing priorities.

• A natural leader who thrives in a collaborative, high-performing environment.
