What you'll be doing

Lead and manage the theatre team, including booking, scheduling and coordinating staff and resources

Ensure all theatre protocols, procedures and policies are adhered to, maintaining the highest standards of patient care and safety

Manage the procurement and maintenance of theatre equipment and supplies

Liaise with surgeons, anaesthetists and other medical staff to facilitate smooth surgical workflows

Oversee the effective sterilisation and preparation of theatre environments

Contribute to the continuous improvement of theatre processes and procedures

Monitor and report on key performance metrics to support the hospital's operational goals

What we're looking for

Significant experience in a similar theatre management role, ideally within a private hospital setting

Proven leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and coordinate a team

Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with diverse stakeholders

Relevant qualifications in nursing, theatre management or a related healthcare discipline

Thorough understanding of theatre protocols, equipment and sterilisation procedures

Commitment to upholding the highest standards of patient safety and care
