We specialize in consulting, managed IT services, and enterprise solutions, with a focus on security, development, blockchain, NFTs, cryptocurrency, and smart contracts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design, implement, configure, diagnose, and provide support for operating systems (windows, linux), server hardware, software, and databases, ensuring maximum system reliability, security, backup, and performance.
• Install, configure, and maintain servers, networks, and security systems to ensure efficient operation.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime.
• Regularly update system software and perform necessary upgrades to improve performance and security.
• Implement and monitor security measures to protect systems from cyber threats, including firewall management and access controls.
• Manage data backups and ensure recovery systems are functional and regularly tested.
• Provide IT support to internal teams and external clients, addressing system and network-related issues.
• Research and recommend new technologies to improve infrastructure efficiency and security.
• Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans, ensuring business continuity in case of system failure.
• Manage relationships with third-party vendors for hardware, software, and service agreements.
Skill Required
• Proficiency in managing operating systems (Windows, Linux), networking, server hardware, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
• Strong ability to diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues efficiently.
• Experience with implementing security protocols, managing firewalls, and ensuring data backup and disaster recovery processes.
• Proactive approach to identifying and resolving system issues.
• Ability to explain technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

Qualification and Experience Required:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in the industry
• Proven experience in systems administration, network management, and IT infrastructure support.
