Workforce Extensions Geelong are recruiting on behalf of Staircase Constructions, a long-standing, family‑owned business specialising in the design, manufacture, and installation of high‑quality staircases. Based in South Geelong, they're known for craftsmanship, reliability, and getting the job done right.

They're now seeking a local installer to join their team in an ongoing, hands‑on role – perfect for someone with a carpentry, joinery, or staircase background who's looking to grow with a reputable business.

About the Role

You’ll start each morning at the South Geelong factory, meeting the team before heading to site installations. Working alongside experienced installers, you’ll learn the full process – from setting out and fitting straight flights to curved and feature staircases.

This is a hands‑on role suited to someone practical, reliable, and keen to develop their trade skills. The long‑term plan is to train the right person to take full ownership of their own vehicle and tool setup for independent installations.

What You’ll Need

Carpentry, joinery, or staircase installation experience

Your own basic tools and reliable transport

Construction White Card and current driver’s licence

Ability to read plans and follow instructions accurately

A strong work ethic, reliability, and pride in quality workmanship

While we’re primarily seeking a full‑time employee, we’re open to experienced subcontractors – so if you have the right skills and setup, we’d still like to hear from you.
