Role Responsibilities
Are you a thoughtful, enthusiastic, people-focused individual with a passion for the hospitality industry and a budding interest in all things People and Culture? If so this might be the perfect fit for you
Reporting to the People and Culture Operations Manager, the People and Culture Coordinator will help drive hotel culture by supporting key workforce functions including employee onboarding, offboarding, reward and recognition, and compliance.
Qualifications
You could be just who we are looking for if you can bring most (or all) of the following to the table:
- A genuine passion for building a career in People and Culture (or Human Resources as sometimes known)
- Current enrolment in or prior studies related to the profession
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Empathy and the ability to connect with people from all walks of life
- Strong computer literacy and administrative skills
- A trustworthy instinct and a solid moral compass
- Adaptability and a proactive attitude when facing challenges
Eligibility
We are only accepting applications from candidates who are eligible to work in Australia as we are unable to offer sponsorship for this role. Applicants holding short-term visas must commit to a minimum of 12 months.
