Who are we?

The NDIS Partners in the Community Program (PITC) supports the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) to be implemented locally.

As an NDIA partner, Northcott delivers the NDIS Early Childhood Approach (ECA) service to local communities in Northern NSW, Mid North Coast, Hunter New England, North Sydney, and Western Sydney. The EC approach supports activities that will improve the independence and social participation of children aged 0-9 years with developmental delay and/or disability.

Do you have the desire to work alongside families to determine the support and connections they require to achieve their child’s individualised goals? Would you like to provide evidence-based and family-centred early intervention services to children and families in individual & group settings? Do you value using your knowledge of 0-6-year-old developmental milestones and the impact of disability and developmental delay to engage with families & children? Do you wish to develop positive & trusting relationships to coach & upskill families to best support their child’s development in their everyday routines & environments? Would you like to work within a key worker framework and be supported by a multi-disciplinary team through regular case consults & joint visits with families? Do you want to make valuable connections with services in your community to support children and families best? Do you want ongoing quality early intervention training that aligns with best practice principles? Then this role may be for you
