- Provide independent, consistent oversight and guidance for all strategic data partnerships and procurement.
- Lead initiatives to improve and maintain the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of data across the organisation.
- Develop and execute the data management strategy for the entire data lifecycle, from creation to implementation, ensuring data is handled according to organisational policies as it flows in and out of the business.
- Drive the successful rollout and ongoing development of the data governance framework across various projects and teams, fostering a culture of data stewardship and accountability.
- Implement and oversee the Privacy Impact Assessment (PIA) process across the business, ensuring privacy considerations are integrated into data-related projects from their inception.
What we are looking for
- 5-7+ years experience with implementing and operating data management across a large complex organisation
- Experience managing large business-critical data platforms
- Have a deep understanding of modern data architectures, data practices, and data technologies
- Experience driving end-to-end data processes across a business
