About the Role

We are currently searching for an experienced Full Time Sales Associate with a passion for furniture & homewares, who enjoys building relationships with their customers and working in a small, dynamic team.

As a Sales Associate at OZ Design Essendon, you'll be the face of our brand in our largest store - welcoming customers, helping them bring their dream homes to life, and achieving over $1 million in personal sales per year.

Requirements

- Availability to work one weekend day per week.

- A confident communicator.

- A degree of physical fitness to assist in stock movement.

- A proven track record of success in your previous roles.

- Ability to quickly build relationships with customers and staff.
