In preparation for an active 2026, the ECM team is looking to add an Associate and Vice President. The group is active across IPOs, secondary raisings, block trades and equity-linked transactions, providing exposure to high-profile mandates and access to senior leaders. The role offers the opportunity to develop client relationships, take early transaction responsibility and work closely with industry and coverage teams across the business.

The team is interested in technically strong candidates from leading investment banks, independent advisory firms with ECM exposure, or top-tier broking houses. Ideal backgrounds will include experience in public markets transactions, financial modelling, valuation and execution. Strong client skills and the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment are also important.
