The Role
We are seeking dedicated Production Operators to join our Smeaton Grange team in permanent full-time roles. We also have opportunities for people with a forklift licence, offering varied work across production and warehouse operations.
In this role, you’ll:
- Work side by side with a supportive, collaborative, and close-knit team.
- Operate and monitor equipment to keep production safe and efficient to ensure smooth production.
- Rotate across different tasks – filling, packing, processing, dispatch and more – keeping each day varied.
- Help uphold our safety-first culture and take pride in producing high-quality products.
- Work across rotating day and afternoon shifts (variety and increased pay rate)

What We’re Looking For
- Team players who thrive in a collaborative environment with great communication skills.
- FMCG or food manufacturing experience is essential - dairy experience highly regarded
- Experience operating filling machines and related equipment
- Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Safety-conscious, reliable, and willing to learn.
- A forklift licence will open additional opportunities, though it’s not required.
