Overview

Kellanova is truly a global powerhouse in cereals and snacks. Our Manufacturing Plant is located at Botany NSW and operates 24/7 producing many of our well recognised brands. As a Production Operator you will work with our processing and packing machinery while maintaining our high safety and quality standards. We will provide all necessary and ongoing training to succeed in this role and build a career in our Manufacturing Plant. We offer an attractive market-based pay rate (including shift allowance) and benefits for the successful candidate.

The plant is located at Botany. Must be able to travel to this location. There is parking onsite available.

Responsibilities

As a Production Operator you will work with processing and packing machinery while maintaining high safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

- Machine operator experience in the FMCG industry, preferably in food production is preferred
- A team player with a strong focus on maintaining a high level of safety and food quality
- Current forklift license is desirable however not essential
- Effective communication, numeracy and literacy skills
- Trouble shooting skills and the ability to use your initiative
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts and occasional weekends
- An understanding of HACCP, GMP and food safety is ideal
