Key Responsibilities
As the Transport Company Manager, your primary duties will include:

Operational Management:

o Oversee daily transport operations to ensure timely and cost-effective service delivery.
o Coordinate and manage the allocation of resources, including staff, vehicles, and equipment.
o Implement and maintain systems to track fleet performance and productivity.

Staff Leadership:
o Recruit, train, and supervise transport staff, fostering a culture of safety and efficiency.
o Conduct performance evaluations and provide guidance for team development.

Compliance and Safety:
o Ensure all transport activities comply with relevant legislation, safety standards, and company policies.
o Develop and enforce procedures for vehicle maintenance and inspections.

Customer Service:
o Maintain and build relationships with clients, ensuring high standards of customer service.
o Address client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

Financial Oversight:
o Monitor budgets, expenses, and profitability of transport operations.
o Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategies to improve financial performance.
Qualifications and Experience

To be considered for this role, applicants must have:
Work Experience:
o A minimum of 2 years of work experience in a similar Transport Company Manager role.

Skills and Competencies:
o Strong leadership and team management skills.
o Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
o Proven ability to manage operational budgets effectively.
o Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge:
o In-depth understanding of transport and logistics regulations and industry best practices.
