Our client, a specialised service provider in delivering high consequence transport, storage, supply chain services and logístical solutions to Domestic and International Clientele.

An opportunity is available now, for an experienced Transport Administrator to join the team at their Western Sydney site.
- You will be working closely with the transport and storage operations teams in the provision of processing daily company activities, services and accounts for the efficient operation of the business
- Administer customer invoicing (internal and external customers) and purchase orders
- Provide timely and exceptional customer service
- Manage and process system data input of daily transport and storage operations
- Ensure weekly/monthly costing and accuracy KPI targets are achieved
- Work closely with Transport and Warehouse Supervisors
- Experience with Transport Management System (specifically Translogix) and Microsoft Office
- Good knowledge of the transport industry, materials handling and warehousing
- Prioritise tasks and time management
- Problem solving and analytical skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Casual

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
